Fredman Malina Architecture has over 30 years experience in designing commercial and industrial buildings.

Recent projects include local headquarters for international pharmaceutical company, Servier, at 8 Cato St, East Hawthorn, office/warehouses at 7 Dover St Richmond and 233 Arden Street North Melbourne, refurbished offices/retail at 469 Glenhuntly Road Elsternwick and regional headquarters for international company, Ryco Hydraulics at 19 Whitehall St, Footscray.

Access Constructions, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX listed Folkestone Ltd, has extensive and specialist experience in the Design & Construction of commercial and industrial buildings.
